The club is owned by Colin Mowatt 5th Dan. I have over 40 years martial arts experience and have been running clubs full time for 18. I began training in Shotokan Karate in 1981 and took a long break after getting married. After seeing an advert in the local paper i took some trial classes in a club just opening in Harlow. I was the first student to enrol and have trained ever since.

Who are the classes for?

Classes are suitable for ages 6 and above and all fitness levels. Martial arts date back many hundreds of years and to this day there are few activities better placed to keep us in shape while helping its students to learn how to defend themselves if needed. 

All our classes are led by fully qualified instructors with many years experience.
We belong to the T.A.G.B. the largest Taekwon-do Association in Europe and teach fun, safe, disciplined martial arts in a relaxed family friendly environment.

Can i try some free classes ?

We offer at least 2 or 3 free trail classes and have a great deal on our starter pack should you join. This includes everything you need to get started. Suit, insurance licence etc. In the last 18 years we have taken over 100 students from complete beginner to black belt. For students who have previously trained in Taekwon-do no matter how many years ago we have a very successful restart program.
